General Warranty Information: All Jasper Technology systems have the following warranty:

• Three years return to depot labor warranty.
• One year parts warranty.
• Free OS installation. (Only with purchase of new Jasper Technology System)
• Full refund of the system if returned within 30 days of the invoice date. (Exceptions apply*)
• Free Telephone and email support.
• Shipping/Handling/Insurance charges are not refundable.
• Cross ship if parts are defective within first three months.

*Special order parts will not be taken back. Non-refundable and non-cancelable.

Basic Warranty :

Jasper Technology offers a basic warranty of 6 months parts and 2 years labour on all of our pre-assembled systems. Any items sold along with the systems, as parts, will have a 30-day warranty. All custom order items are excluded from this policy, unless otherwise specified during the order.

Jasper Technology will pay for shipping charges to the customer, for systems repaired. It will be the customer's responsibility to ship items to Jasper Technology.

As a courtesy, we will provide whatever assistance we may to get repairs completed by the manufacturer for special order parts. Be informed that it takes an average 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your equipment before we can ship you back the repaired items.

Systems and/or parts can be returned within the first 30 days if the system does not meet your needs. All of these returns have to be approved by Jasper Technology Customer Service. Strict restrictions apply. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping will be paid for by the client and an RMA# is required to ship back to Jasper Technology. Shipping charges, opened software, special order items, and assembly/testing charges are non-refundable.

Any systems that have been modified with parts or software not bought from Jasper Technology, shall carry a charge of $75.00 per hour, if it is found that they are the items causing the problem.

Warranty Options:

Extended Warranty:

Jasper Technology offers extended warranties for systems for up to 3 years total. This is an extension of the Basic Warranty on all of the components used in the systems built by Jasper Technology. This means that any external peripheral equipment such as webcams, mice, monitors, scanners, etc. are not covered where as components within chassis (eg. motherboard, power supply, memory, CPU, cards, drives, etc.) would be covered under specified usage. The extended warranty may only be purchased at the time of the purchase of a new system.

Terms and Conditions:

Extended warranties are not refundable and are not transferable. Jasper Technology will not be liable for any data or information on clients storage devices. It is the client's obligation to protect all data on the system that need to be repaired or upgraded.

Jasper Technology is not responsible for any compatibility issues with parts and software on systems the client does not purchase from Jasper Technology, or for upgrades and repairs not provided by Jasper Technology.

All warranties will be voided if any components/systems which have been tampered with, damaged, and/or used contrary to manufacturer's operating guidelines.

Jasper Technology is not responsible for any customer software application issues or peripheral devices compatibility issues or any such issues.

Limitation of Liability:

THE AFOREMENTIONED WARRANTIES ARE CONDITIONAL UPON THE PROPER USE OF THE HARDWARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS PUBLISHED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER AND WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY HARDWARE THAT HAS BEEN REPAIRED OR MODIFIED BY ANY ENTITY OTHER THAN JASPER TECHNOLOGY.

THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

JASPER TECHNOLOGY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR A WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE ERROR FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL JASPER TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT JASPER TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR THE LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS WARRANTY AGREEMENT, EVEN IF JASPER TECHNOLOGY SHALL BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
